What do I need to prepare?事前に準備するものは？

A computer or phone that can open Google Meet (in a browser or the app) and a stable internet connection. Everything else is provided.

Times are shown automatically in your own device's timezone.

Can I cancel or reschedule?キャンセルや日程変更はできますか？

Yes. Up to 24 hours before your lesson, use the "Manage booking" button in your confirmation email to cancel or move it to another open time yourself. A single lesson is refunded in full; a monthly-plan lesson goes back to your balance so you can book another time. See the cancellation policy.

How do the monthly plans work?月額プランとは？

A monthly plan gives you lessons every month at a lower price per lesson: Light (4 lessons, ¥24,000/month), Standard (8 lessons, ¥46,000/month) or Premium (12 lessons, ¥66,000/month), instead of ¥7,000 per single lesson. Your card is charged when you sign up and then automatically every month on the same date. Each month's lessons are added to your balance, and you book them whenever you like from your personal booking page. Unused lessons carry over to the next month once. Cancel anytime from your booking page: no more charges after the month you've paid for. If there aren't enough open times in the coming month for a plan, it shows as unavailable until more times open up.

毎月決まった回数のレッスンを、1回あたりお得な料金で受講できるプランです。ライト（月4回・月額24,000円）、スタンダード（月8回・月額46,000円）、プレミアム（月12回・月額66,000円）からお選びいただけます（単発レッスンは1回7,000円）。お申し込み時と、その後毎月同じ日に自動でカード決済されます。毎月のレッスン回数が残り回数に追加され、専用の予約ページからいつでもご予約いただけます。未使用のレッスンは翌月に1回だけ繰り越せます。予約ページからいつでも解約でき、お支払い済みの期間の終了後は請求されません。1か月以内の空き枠が足りないプランは、空き枠が追加されるまで選択できません。
